Returns & Exchanges

At Momentous, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailing package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
